Google Play Store services to be unavailable in Pakistan from Dec 1, 2022

 Play store is not closing.

State Bank has changed the mode of payment for only the premier apps that you pay for. Earlier you could also pay from your mobile balance.

The Picture shows the Google Play Store logo. - AW
But now you will be able to pay only through banking channels i.e. debit card and credit card.

The free Play Store will continue to run, it won't matter.

These rules apply to Google's products as well as Amazon's and Meta's products.


The News that is being regulated in the Media is fake. Only the mode of payment is going to change nothing else. Keep using Google services.
